Too much time have passed since my last post... about two month by now!!! Today I received my Secret Santa gift (Secret Santa is our European Street Team tradition for Christmas... we all receive a gift from a secret person from the group... this year our sweet ArtMind works as a Santa organizer and she has mixed the pairs, so thanks Mitsy!)! Thank you so much Amanda!!! My sweet friend from Israel who made me so much happy with her adorable gift for my birthday (it was on October and I received it many weeks ago by now... but it deserve to be admired!!!)... a stunning beaded bracelet! Thank you so much Triz!!! My lovely friend from Providence (USA), who was so kind to feature my creative work at her beautiful blog some weeks ago. Thank you so much Amy!!!
Lately I had so much things to do (at work and at home), but I have to admit that I had a terrible laziness with my blog... and I really can't explain why!
The more the time passed the more it was harder for me to post again... but today I forced myself to break this long silence!... and I have to write about three lovely creative girls!

Un'esame empirico del giusto prezzo per le creazioni manuali. Lo scopo di questa ricerca dello European Street Team (EST: un gruppo di artisti che vendono le loro creazioni su Etsy e vivono in Europa... sono felice di far parte di questo gruppo anche io!) è quello di meglio comprendere i prezzi da attribuire agli oggetti realizzati a mano - sia dal punto di vista del venditore che da quello del potenziale acquirente... abbiamo bisogno anche della tua opinione...

Problematico rosso!!!
Il rosso è difficilissimo da fotografare!!!... dopo decine di foto, in attesa di una luce migliore, questi sono i 2 scatti migliori del mio primo paio di orecchini all'uncinetto presto disponibili nel mio Etsy shop!

Gattini, conigli, paperelle, porcospini... tutti questi soffici animaletti ricamati sono realizzati da Eva, un'artista di nazionalità estone che attualmente vive in Germania. Eva ha sempre amato le attività artigianali: cucire, lavorare a maglia, disegnare, creare con l'uncinetto... al momento però il ricamo è la sua passione principale... dopo aver realizzato il primo coniglietto ricamato per il suo bimbo, ha continuato a creare altri teneri giocattoli di cotone. Tutte le creazioni di Eva, in vendita nel suo Etsy shop Apple & Eve, sono ricamate interamente a mano su tessuto in cotone bianco, con disegni semplici ma molto dettagliati.

Kitties, bunnies, birds, hedgehogs... all these soft embroidered pets are made by Eva, an Estonian artist by nationality who currently lives in Germany. Eva has always liked handicraft: sewing, knitting, drawing, crocheting... for now, however, embroidery is her primary passion... after making her first bunny for her baby, she keeps on designing other tender cotton toys. All of Eva's creations, for sale at her Etsy shop Apple & Eve, are completely embroidered by hand on white soft cotton, with very detailed but simple designs.

L'artista di oggi si chiama Giusy, aka (acronimo di: also known as/anche conosciuta come) Giusypatch... una ragazza italiana di Trieste che ama giocare con il tessuto, creare borse, borsette, portamonete, oggetti in tessuto di vario tipo (porta CD, porta cellulari/ipod, contenitori per fazzoletti di carta, copertine per agende, ...). Forse perchè sua nonna era una sarta, per Giusy il cucire è un'attività naturale... ha una grande passione anche per il punto croce ed il quilt da quando era una bambina... realizza schemi per punto croce che vengono venduti con il nome di "Giusypatch Original Design".
