Introducing my new mannequin

Finally I found, in a flea market, a lovely vintage dress form… and immediately I felt in love with her… “she” has some little and charming spots due to the time, but is really so stylish and slender!

I had to inaugurate her with some new Peony I made to order in these last days!

A new color combo for my Peony scarflette/lariat… the right colors for these days… a mix of snow (we are under a great snowfall since this early motning now) and Valentine’s Day feelings!

Lately I experimented new colors for my Little Pierrot scarflette… a seagreen super soft yarn and a multicolored wool with orange, yellow, brown and blue-grey nuances… and I’m very happy of these new creations!

White Garden

Here is one of my last creation... White Garden... it can be fasted on the front with two cords which end with two little roses with a glass pearl core... or you can play with these two flowers... you can insert the stalks in various positions and give a different look to the shrug... you can even not fast it, insert the stalks in a little ring and you will have a lovely necklace to wear with the bolero or by itself.

Amaryllis

Here is my last creation... a fanciful and soft neckwarmer, crocheted from a dark grey wool, the collar has a pearl grey mohair ruffle all around with a thin sparkling silver yarn and is decorated by a pretty and feminine flower with a glass beaded core... it is fastened with two little glass beads.

A new look for my blog!

Once again I have almost abandoned my blog for weeks!... but in the last days I tried to get a new look for it... I hope it will raise me to post a little bit more frequently now!
I still have to make some other improvements... I'm not completely satisfied yet!!!

As so much time has passed since my last post, I have many new creations to show... even if lately I was so lazy even with my knitting an crochet projects!

Sweet Corn and Deep Sea

SWEET CORN

“Sweet corn” will warm you up while keeping you smart... this colorful crocheted collar is really a unique accessory... a perfect addition with any sort of look... wear it with your casual dress or with a more elegant outfit!
Made out of soft boucle yarn with the colors and shades of yellow sweet corn... the collar is fastened with a matching vintage button.

DEEP SEA

Made out of pure merino wool with the colors and shades of a wonderful deep sea... not only a neckwarmer but also a precious choker to wear by day and in the evening as well... a perfect addition with any sort of look... “Deep Sea” looks great when worn either with jeans or with an evening dress.
This unique crocheted little capelet is really a stylish accessory... the collar is fastened with a luxurious vintage button with some blue rhinestones and all edges are finished off with a soft, grey shaded, faux fur yarn.

Really so lazy!!!

Well I have to admit that after my summer holiday I became really so lazy in writing blog posts... maybe it is due to my new work on the morning, maybe it is due to my new craft projects or simply maybe it is due to my innate laziness and to my scarce ability to organize my freetime... anyway I was lazy on blog posts, but in the last weeks I managed to create some other new crocheted/knitting items:

HONEY

This little and soft scarflette is perfect to keep your neck warm while looking stylish... made by a wonderful soft faux fur yarn, with the golden shades of a sweet acacia honey.
To provide a perfect fit, the scarflette is fastened with a coordinated flower brooch that you will pin to your taste.

APPLES

This is a cozy pair of pure merino wool handwarmers... a funky fall/winter accessory with the colors of green and red apples!
These fingerless gloves are crocheted with a ruffled trim around the fingers and along the cuffs... a single asymmetric flower gives them a unique touch.

IRON

Made out of a mix of two sparkling grey yarns with the colors and shades of iron... the collar is fastened with a luxurious vintage rhinestone clip.

Bene devo ammettere che dopo le vacanze estive sono diventata davvero pigra nel tenere aggiornato il blog ... può essere che ciò sia dovuto al mio nuovo lavoro mattuttino, può essere sia dovuto ai miei nuovi progetti creativi o semplicemente alla mia innata pigrizia ed alla mia scarsa capacità di organizzare il mio tempo libero... ad ogni modo sono stata molto pigra nello scrivere post aggiornati, ma nelle ultime settimane ho prodotto alcune nuove creazioni a maglia e crochet:

MIELE

Questa piccola e soffice sciarpina è pefetta per riscaldare il collo con un tocco di stile... realizzata con un meravilglioso e sofficie filato simile alla pelliccia, con i toni dorati del miele di acacia.
Per permettere una vestibilità perfetta, la sciarpina viene fissata con una spilla a fiore coordinata da appuntare a proprio piacere.

MELE

Un paio di simpatici scaldamani in pura lana merino... un accessorio originale per l'autunno e l'inverno con i colori delle mele rosse e verdi!
Questi guanti senza dita sono realizzati a crochet con un pizzo di bordura attorno alle dita e lungo il polso... un singolo fiore assimetrico per un tocco particolare.

FERRO

Realizzato con un mix di due filati scintillanti con le tonalità grigie del ferro... il collare è chiuso con un lussuoso fermaglio vintage con strass.

and now... a pink shrug!!!

CAMELLIA is one of my summer creations and the first shrug I listed on my Etsy shop... this stylish and precious knitted bolero is made by a wonderful soft wool yarn, with the delicate pink color of some camellia flowers.
All edges are finished off with a vintage looking black trim.
I added a coordinated big flower brooch (crocheted with pink and black wool) that you will pin to your taste... you can wear the shrug with the brooch or you can wear the shrug on its own and add the brooch to a purse, scarf, hat or belt to complete your look!

CAMELLIA è una delle mie creazioni estive ed il primo scaldaspalle inserito nel mio my Etsy shop... questo prezioso ed elegante bolero è realizzato a maglia con un soffice filato di pura lana, con il colore rosa delicato di alcuni fiori di camelia.
Tutti i bordi sono rifiniti con una passamaneria nera dal sapore vintage.
Ho aggiunto una grossa spilla coordinata a forma di fiore (realizzata a crochet con lana rosa e nera) da appuntare a proprio piacimento... é possibile indossare lo scaldaspalle con la spilla oppure da solo utilizzando la spilla su una borsa, una sciarpa, un cappello o una cintura per completare il proprio look!
